Another fine shave produced by a vintage Gillette Open Comb. Three passes and a great BBS shave which is very smooth.

Super excited and happy to have a Military Set in my collection! I'll have to try out the bulldog this weekend! Beyond stunning! Interesting side note... I am the second owner of this set. It was found when the seller was helping her friend move her mother into assisted living and it has been with them since it was bought new. I am truly honored...​

Thank you! Back when I was just starting my DE journey I saw a military set on Mr. Razor's site. Between the OT Bulldog and the accessories I decided right then and there that I had to have one! After that it was just constant googling and slogging through the bay on a nearly daily basis. It finally paid off! I'll be shaving with it tomorrow. If it is anything like my other Bulldog it will be an aggressive, silky smooth shave! But they all have their own personalities so... :lol:

 

Amazing!!! I used my new TGN synthetic brush and got the most lather I think I ever have out of the Arko. I "forgot", aka got lazy, and didn't shave for three days. The fresh Vaskhod blade made fast work in one pass. Finished up with Avon Black Sued post shave conditioner.... Buttery smooth!

I rarely use my Goodwill razors, but judging by tonight's shave I probably should use them more. This shave went off without a hitch or stitch. These razors are amazing! I rate this shave as a two pass BBS! Have a great night people!

Menthol Monday... Ginger's Garden Luna is a great performer and the lady loves pamplemousse so it's a win/win! The 15 did its job well as always and I'm feeling ready to head back to work!
