i have to say that i really really like wsp rustic soaps. I have always gotten a great shave with no irritation. I think they are really underrated in my opinion.. I have there Blackbeard scent. I really like it spicy but not to overwhelming. Matterhorn scenct which is a creed mountain water smell. I didn't know if I was going to like it but after using it I really like it. And the mahogany scent. Also really like. It is prob in my top 3 soaps for scents and performance. Does anybody agree with me???
I haven't tried WSP (soaps last so long it will take forever to try many of them) but I have read several positive reviews on them.of course, the bottom line is if it works for you, that is what matters most. Sent using Tapatalk
The WSP Rustic Mahogany is one of my favorite soaps, both for performance and scent. I am on my 3rd tin. The new Formula T tallow version is good also.
I have the Sandalwood, and I like it, especially along with the Sandalwood aftershave. Lee really packs the pucks well.
I have Barbershop in Rustic and Gaelic Tweed in Formula T. I prefer the Gaelic Tweed scent. Nothing wrong with the Barbershop, it's just not very exciting to me. The Formula T seems just a little more slick to me, especially if you do any buffing.
I think Lee's overall message with doing the Formula T is/was "Hey, the Rustic came out very good, let's try to get something better".
Exactly, and I would add not everybody jumped on the vegan bandwagon and still prefer good old tallow soap. Why don't make those fellow shavers happy? Somebody ask Lee if he will make Formula T Blackbeard please!
I'm looking at his "Joe's Distinguished Gentleman" as a strong possibility for choice #2(although he has it in just aftershave, not soap I believe).
