I saw this over on another forum, but thought it might be interesting to post it here: Atomic Blade adjustable razor

It looks like some kind of Chinese or Indian TTO, but adjustable.

Won't be long before we're seeing ads for shaving soaps, creams, and brushes

Any mention of what brand of blades come with it?

    Uranium Coated, instead of Platinum?

Hey, maybe I'll check Walgreens and see if it's in their "As Seen On TV" aisle :)

I looked there online, while it shows the Atomic Beam Flashlight and Headlight, no razor yet. Might be because it just came out.

It says no shaving cream needed. I think I will ignore that advice.

It's an Atomic Razor, maybe the blades are coated with ATOMS!

    That's what I'm thinking, too.

What's also odd is that, so far, no one has been able to find an OEM version of the razor. I doubt it's made for them specifically.

Well, we know it's Chinese or Indian.. :)

Heck, for the price, if it's just like a Weishi or Baili, it'll be okay. $30 for two razors and a couple of dozen blades of dubious origin.

An Atomic Razor sounds like it would be a blast.
I keep telling myself I don't need another razor.

    Probably a good idea.

Personally, I love the part with the blowtorch because nothing ticks me off when I'm welding than to discover I've melted my razor.

"Zamak alloys, which is an acronym for zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper. Zinc alloys have a melting range of about 380-390°C (~ 725°F) although higher levels of aluminum can increase the melting point to as high as 480°C (~ 900°F)."
Do they state of which metal it's made?

Now, if you could run over it with your Humvee I might be interested.

Good for them. I hope many more companies remake vintage razors, and put their own spin on it. Almost anything is better than Cartridges. Time for men to start shaving like men again.
