Razor cleaning help {please}

Forget that. Use the ultrasonic cleaner every ten years or so.

 

It's not needed every week, kinda over kill........

 

No it will not. I just use Dawn dish soap and hot water when I clean a razor in my ultra sonic cleaner. There are other solutions you add if you are cleaning brass (ammo cases for example) or steel parts that need more aggressive action. An ultra sonic cleaner is probably the most gentle way to clean a razor without causing any damage.
