It would be two apps, right? One for iPhone and one for Android. Just curious, but what should these apps do? Would it be easier to simply tweak the forum interface?
I have a Samsung Galaxy 6. I tap the Google Chome app. I type in theshaveden and hit go. Asks me if I want to install tapatalk app. No. I tap the X to close the ad. I'm in TSD.
I used the app and hated it. Extremely disorganized and imposible to navigate around the ocassional popular subjects that don't interest me.
I use Chrome browser to log into The Shave Den on my tablet but have been experimenting with tapatalk on my phone. I too find tapatalk to be confusing and difficult to navigate. More than happy to go without it.
I haven't had such difficulty but don't the subscribe and mute functions cover that (I don't use them)? Sent from my Nexus 5X using Tapatalk
I only use taptalk when on my phone as I have a laptop at home (internet connection sucks at work so I dont use it as much as I used to, so basically its no difference to me. If its cheaper for you to do without then I would say go for it.
We have a room full of comedians. Oh, wait. I have been accused of being a smart aleck too, from time to time. You may proceed.
I've never used Tapatalk. I have no problem accessing The Shave Den on my phone using a browser, the interface is excellent, I see no need for an app.
God morning. I haven't been around since Star Wars was a dormant franschise, so my opinion is worth less than that of a Gungan senator. But I find Tapatalk to be both useful and annoying, where the latter usually wins out. I find the mobile interface to be sufficient for my needs, although I do understand the issue with image uploads and rezising. I belive that this is easy to fix without having to go through Tapatalk. My vote is to remove Tapatalk and harvest all that sweet revenue for the benefit of this forum. Thank you very much and I bid you good day
The huge advantage of Tapatalk is that I have all forums in one place, including accounts and passwords. If none of the forums I frequent daily had Tapatalk support, I would need 7 different apps. Four photography forums, two shaving forums, and one music related forum.
Why would you need separate apps? I just use a regular browser for all my forum needs and Reddit. Although I use the Reddit app from time to time, I do not feel like I am missing out when using a browser. With Google Chrome and Firefox there are so many plugins available suitable for whatever customization I might need.
