This morning shave was epic! I wasn't sure about the scent of Agar out the the tub, but it was really quite pleasant when lathered! And performance was top notch as always!
It's hard for me to describe, because I've never smelled anything like it before. The official scent description is " This scent is a warm and aromatic blend of agarwood (oud), cedar, smoke, and exotic spices. (Fragrance Oil)" I get a slight smokeyness (much less then The Lounge) and the tangyness of the cedar and something kinda like amber in the base.

This here. Fall sales numbers are typically our best for the year. But for some products in some scents, they just don't sell and we end up having to put them on sale to get them to move. We did do an expansion on the shop this year, but we still don't have a ton of shelf space so if something is a slow seller, it usually gets the axe. I give some products second chances when we get enough requests to do them again. Some of them come back multiple times and fail every time. Such was the case with Stirling Clubman. I love that scent, but it wasn't close enough to Pinaud so it just didn't sell well. I think if I had named it something else and just marketed it as a traditional barbershop scent it would have been a best seller. Anyway, off the tangent and back to work. Soap doesn't make itself, unfortunately. The good news is that we've started up the old DVDs of my favorite show out in the shop while we work. We'll watch every episode of "Wings" over the next month of work. Pure '90s gold right there.
