To make 4 large ish yorkies you will need 1 yorkshire pudding tray (as pictured below) diameter of each pot is approx 10cm and only 1.5cm deep) Muffin trays can be used 70 grams plain flour 2 large eggs 100ml milk Heat the oven to about 230c/fan 210c/gas 8. Siv the flour and then beat in the eggs I use a whisk, the add the milk a bit at a time make sure there is no lunps. salt and pepper can be mixed in now. put about 5mm of oil (sun flower or veg oil) in each pot and put the tray in the oven (the oil need to be very hot before you put the mix in there. When the oil is hot (I tend to leave in there for 10-15 min) take the tray out and add the mix evenly to each put with the oil still in there! Then put back in the oven for about 20-25 mins. if you take them out too soon they will fall This recipe works every time for me without fail. I will update with a finnished pic in 30mins when the come out of the oven
YUMMY... only one issue... should have quadrupled the amount of ingredients... mmm 4 is enough for one person.
NICE another Yorkshire Pudding recipe! I'll have to try it out. I have one that my family has been using for years (perfection of my grandparents I believe). It would be nice to see now another one would work and taste.
