PS 306 English Oriental Supreme in a cob tonite. A little too dark for a pic. I saw a single firefly this evening. We don't generally have many here, I don't remember the last time I saw fireflies here.
Enjoying some Comoys Cask #Iin my Dr. Grabow Royal Duke (bent bulldog) while I watch Forged in Fire. =)
Saw the FDA is now going to regulate cigars and pipe tobacco, I wonder what that will do to us. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My feel is that this is about vape, and part of a trade war with China. Two bills in Congress right now exempt pipes and premium cigars, and once the rich politicians realize that they screwed up premium cigars, relief happens...
Paladin Black Cherry in a Pioneer african meerschaum. The Paladin is a nondescript burley with an artificial cherry flavor. I'm glad I didn't buy it, it was in the goodie box from P&C. It's not bad, but I don't particularly care for it and have no desire to smoke any more of it after giving it a chance in a few different pipes.
IMHO, cherry flavoring is used to make inferior Burley saleable. Friends don't let friends buy cherry....
Well, you probably don't think much of wine flavored aromatics either. Somehow I think this one will be a disappointment.
Rainy Friday night pipe. Thursday was Children's Day a holiday here and so the president to improve her sagging approval ratings declared Friday a holiday too.... just one week earlier. So I had a relaxing day, had allot fun then enjoy a smoke and did some reading.
Late night bowl after my daughters high school softball game. Sitting out here in the dark with dogs enjoying some Cult Blood Red Moon... Yes I said it I enjoy smoking a little cherry every now and then... Lol Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
It's your palate... Tickle it your way! Since it's 70f at 21:00 in Denver, it must be time for a pipe!
Earlier Kaywoodie and the kitchen sink... I am renaming my leftover jar "Kitchen Sink", suicide mix doesn't feel right....
I am going to miss spending a week in Denver this summer like we have done the last 5 summers. What a great place to get away to when Houston is miserable
Ironically, I moved from the intersection of San Felipe and Voss, in Houston, to the outskirts of Denver. Love the weather here!
One of the best Bar B que joints I have ever eaten at is the smoking yard in Idaho springs off of 70... And I have eaten BBQ all over TX... You just can't beat the weather. Even when it's 95 you can drive an hour and a half and be in the mountains and need a jacket. Just beautiful country no doubt
