I have four brushes to share today. The first is my JR #70. I mad this handle a few weeks back and ordered a 24mm silvertip for it. It is made of Wenge wood on top and oak on the bottom. The knot came in last Friday, and I set it and did a couple of test lathers with it. Here it is in full bloom. Next is the JR#73. It is made from Purpleheart wood that I got from @Red Rider . The knot is just for the shot. I will be sending the handle to him to thank him for the wood he sent. He will provide his own knot. Next is the JR #76. The top is Purpleheart wood, and the bottom is oak. I put a 22mm Maggard synthetic in it. This one is one I finished today. It is the JR #77. Top is oak, and the bottom Purpleheart wood. This one has a 22mm Sunrise synthetic in it.
In still loving #70, and the silver tip is a perfect match for it. Nice brushes. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks. I am going to be using the #70 when I start my next rotation on Friday. I am looking forward to it.
Meticulous craftsmanship. , all by hand. Anyone can buy a brush from a vendor. And 10,000 people will have the same exact brush. To make these brushes the way you do is so much work. Every one is beautiful. ,with much respect, Carbide Mike
Jim. These last batch of two wood combos are incredible. Great work. Tom Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks, I am really enjoying it this week. It is an awesome knot, too. I really like this size handle as well.
