Actually he probably did, he was the ninth president of the United States. He was the first under our current constitution. The first eight served under the original Articles of Confederation and are largely lost to history.

 

The 9th POTUS was Bill Hank(William Henry)Harrison. Doesn't that mean Bill set the President?

There's a part of me that wonders if bird flu was a made-up disease, playing on "bird flew". I do hope I'm wrong here.

 

Sadly, it's not. In fact, bird flu is rather virulent.
