Genco made a nice razor. For a few years it was the most sold razor in the USA. Good steel. I bought mine on the Bay and it came shave ready. The sharpness was very nice. Probably needs a touch of polishing down the road but a great buy at $14.99.

Man, I am gonna need you to do my eBay bidding! Good job.

All this talk of American made razors made me dig out my HM Christianson razor. It is stamped HM on one side and was made for the now defunct hardware sellers, Costa and Sons.

Man what a crazy good shaver. How could I have ignored this beauty for so long?

I got one of these a couple of months ago. Took a fantastic edge, and was a very smooth shaver. There is a reason Kinfolks razors are so hard to find.

I have two of those. I am still looking for a Case 132 Wedge. The 133s are great shavers.

Holley-oldest cutler in US and they employed people from Sheffield so many blades have a "Sheffield" look.

HM Christensen Never had a bad one

Torrey- Can't go wrong. Many options to choose from plus you can find matching strops.

Genco- As good as case but can be found cheaper

Case- everyone knows about their cutlery reputation
