Just got in this morning . Only missing the gold single ring.

 

My main order of blades arrived today. Still have one more small order on the way with 100 more Polsilver SI and 100 Personna Lab Blues. Its not called "hoarding" its called "prepping". These were the top blades resulting from my 30 blade test. Polsilver SI, Astra SP and Voskhod being the top three. Figured I might as well get this part (purchasing blades) of DE shaving done. Not saying I believe in the "shavepocolypse", however as they say: "When people are out to get you - paranoia makes good sense". Prices are not going to be any less tomorrow than they are today. If my taste in blades changes over time - I can always PIF some of these or trade them for other shaving items. Still this only represents about $200 - I'm about ready to spend that much in a single razor with out thinking twice.

I plan on storing them in plastic fishing tackle boxes. They were inexpensive, and have movable partitions which make stacking the blades easy. I also bought some desiccant packets (50 for $10) which I'll put in the boxes to absorb moisture. Plus these little packets are reusable. When they turn red you put them in the oven at 200 deg for about an hour until they turn back to blue and they're good to go again.

 

This RR 400 butterscotch brush arrived in the mail.
Knot seems soft enough, color is nice and the handle shape stays true to the original 400 so all in all it's hard to see how it will not be worth $20 shipped.

A new shaving soap brand bundled with a small bottle of genever!
Two craftsmen bundled their new products, both from the city of Delft, formerly known of their Delfts Blauw.
The genever I didn't taste yet, the smell is nice.
This morning I used the shaving soap of Scheermonnik, translated as shaving monk, Delfts Wit and it's a wonderful product, full of scents and it delivers one of the best lathers I've seen!

 

Found a nickel bullet tip to go with my gold one and an ER brush. First time seeing an all black with gold ring so I had to pick it up. Pure Badger 500PBT. Also a nice Stetson after shave lotion bottle and a scuttle. I already have this scuttle but figured for $2 I'd pick up a spare. Sadly it didn't have the brush with it as that's what's broke with my other set.

 

I hauled a user grade 48/49 Aristocrat. I also got a set of Beverly Hills Polo Club

Cologne
Tiny cologne
Deodorant
Aftershave balm
Our sears is closing, i got the set for 18 bucks.
Ive used the soothing lotion before, its very nice.
