    The razor, blade, brush, soap, and after shave preformed excellent tonight. Three passes with a minor touch up for a near BBS.

    Its to bad the Russian creams weren't readly available here, the Viking cream is fantastic! Just enough Menthol to let you know it's there.
    Clean, citrus scent. Very easy to lather, slick and protective. Thanks D!!

    Thayer's Lemon WH
    Pinaud Clubman

    The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Bunny B-400 Boar brush. I did two passes the PA Bakelite Slant razor and Wilkinson Sword blade, and I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Razor - Gillette Slim Adjustable.
    Blade - Astra SP.
    Brush - Gustavo Romera Rustic Chubby. A marvelous brush. Knot and handle are among the best in my collection. The shave stand is homemade out of Spaulted Maple.
    Soap - LPL Apricot. Wonderful scent. Great lather.
    Scuttle - Steve Woodhead (United Kingdom). Steve makes beautiful, unique pottery. This scuttle is small so I face lather and then use it as a brush scuttle to keep the lather toasty warm.:)

    It's the Viking Snowy Peaks, right? I have the Bulgarian Viking Sensitive which I love. It's mildly-mentholated but not freezing. I have the Top Ten Sensitive cream which is also Bulgarian and you should feel how cooling that one is!

    Tonight's shave was with a "Second String Razor" that just got moved to "First String". I light touchup on the SB Arkie, and this did the trick. I had a fine 2 pass shave, that ended up BBS, with Zero issues. This razor has a little wear on it, but it still has another thousand shaves to go, at least. Excellent razor.

    Razor- Japanese, I.M.Shinyichi Made. Best Hollow Ground Extra Tungsten Steel.
    Gen.Takahashi H.Diamond & Co.
    "G 'TOWA' T" 1074. Real Japanese Hollow Ground. I Kid you not. All this was on the blade and Tang.

    Soap- Mitchell's Wool Fat

    Yes it the Snowy Peaks, i really enjoy using these Russian creams, top performer. Nicely mentholated and slick.
