JM Fraser is a good budget cream, it's a few bucks over $10 but comes in a huge 450ml tub. It has a light sweet lime scent that works well in summer and Booster Iced Lime Aftershave matches the cream.

Would you believe it's not so easy to find in Canada and that it's made in Canada?

The best budget shaving cream would be either The Body Shop Maca Root and the Wahl Traditional Barbers.

    Wahl Traditional Barbers 200g size

    And a 400g size

I think its harder to find in general. Some years ago they used to offer the creams in 4-5 different scents, essentially one that matched each Booster aftershave.

That's right. I only used the original version. I found it good.

Update-Rise doesn't sell the white can anymore, but I still have 5 from my order. Guess that makes me "Grandpappy"(since I'll be grandfathering these until I finish...should take a while).

Proraso Blue and White - really got a buck for my bang since it's so cheap, something like 10$ on Amazon.

Here are some more excellent budget creams available where I live:

    Gada Cool Mint
    Gada Original
    Kappus Nautik
    Nivea Regular
    Nivea Sensitive
    Ingram Blue (from Egypt)
    Ingram Green (from Egypt)

These Gada creams sell for around 2,00 CAD, the Ingram creams sell for 1,50 and for me even less. The Kappus sells for around 5,00. We used to have Florena but for some reason, it's not available here any longer.

Yes I did. It was good but it's a bit irritating to my sensitive skin so I gave it to my Daddy-in-law who loved it.

KMF is a great cream, large bottle so it should last a long while.

Godrej menthol if another favorite cream, has a nice fresh scent with some menthol cooling.

Same for Proraso or C.O. Biggelow which are the same product and not bad stuff at all.

Barbasol. Also- I seem to remember that Anthony Logistics was once reasonably priced, but a quick search shows this is not the case anymore. So I guess it's just Barbasol for me.

So far, it is Derby Lavender in a tube. Really surprised by the performance, and it's cheap.

Godrej from India. A buddy of mine picks it up here and there for me at the Indian Grocery for like $3-$4

Just purchased some Proraso green shave cream in a tube for $9.99 at Shoppers Drug Mart. Great product, good price.

    My favorites, in order:
    1. Kiss My Face (especially the Bamboo & Green Tea scent)
    2. The Body Shop Maca Root
    3. C.O. Bigelow

ARKO makes creams too. A bit better than Derby, in my opinion, but very much comparable.

I totally agree... Two of my favorite creams, I love the Proraso White & Blue. They both perform superbly for me every bit as good as some of the top priced products I have tried.

    Happy Shaves,
