Not to upset @PickledNorthern on this, but stop, collaborate, and listen: I'd go vanilla ice style on this. Ning Ning Ning ninga ning Ning.
SOTD April 29, 2017 Blade: Chinese Schick Razor: Schick Adjustable injector Brush: Vulfix badger Lather: Arko Post: Witch hazel, Stirling Piacenza aftershave WTG, touch-up I probably won't shave tomorrow, so I went with an Adjustable Arko shave today. Results are good. Arko is a good soap for me, but I have much better in my den. You can't beat the price, and Samurai is showing us that the price is even better since it looks like a single stick will last forever. The Schick Adjustable provided a smooth ride on setting 7. Good shave in the end. Have a great weekend!
Razor: Portland Razor Co Chimera / Supply Provision Custom 3 dot head Blade: Chick Strop: Drygulch 45 Brush Handle: B-400 The Brush by Tom Knot: APShaveCo Tuxedo Soap: Eufros Jabonman GEA Post Care: Thayers Witch Hazel Alum Osage Rub Aftershave: Eufros Jabonman GEA balm Another wonderful and relaxing shave this morning. My first use of an Eufros product and I see why it is in such demand. The soap was easy to lather, offered great protection, a wonderful scent and was one of the slickest soaps I've ever used. Both razors just glided across my face. One pass with the Supply and two with the Chimera and I'm close to BBS. It's getting easier to use this Chimera. Alum was mostly silent, slight tickle on my lower neck. The Eufros balm was nice; not greasy with a wonderful albeit short lived scent. I've been directed to a cologne that matches this scent pretty closely that I need to order. Have a great day folks!

Great Lineup. The brass General is such a good razor it's hard to put down. I plan using the General most of May.
Thanks, guys. It is pretty stressful, but I have been to busy to worry about whether or not it was the right thing to do, and I actually had fun this week.
April 29, 2017 Razor: F2 Gillette 195 Adjustable (4) Blade: German Wilkie (5) Brush: Razorock Plissoft 22 Cream: KMF fragrance-free Post: Alum, Listerine, WH Just a quick Saturday shave, probably my last for the month as tomorrow is an early and long day. Two passes to a nice DFS although I suspect the Wilkie is nearing its end. I thought I reopened a nick from the other day but it took care of itself. It's definitely been an interesting month. I spent a decent amount of time with my adjustable, though I never did get around to the SA. Along the way, I reacquainted myself with some blades and had two horrible experiences courtesy of a certain Korean company.
Anybody else notice this job change happened at the same time Starbucks introduced the Unicorn Frappuccino?
Parker SRX Perma-Sharp Super (4) Semogue BC Mistura Iced Orange Tea Arko Alum Not super close, but it was a very nice shave this afternoon with no blood or irritation. I am getting more comfortable with the shavette in general and using my left hand. Think I will give it another week with two North to South passes to cement the skills then start adding a South to North pass.
