Second full head and beard shave with the Enders/Personna injector. Aggressive and very efficient in this setup, satisfactory comfortwise. Great shaving with this neglected beauty of a 30s design.[IMG]

Used RazoRock Hawk with a heavier handle & Schick Proline P-20 blade. Delivers a very smooth and close Shave. A bargain apart from the fact that we in UK are hit by Royal Mail/Custom charges. A good intro razor
for those wishing to try AC Type Blades.

Okay, I'm all set for Sunday. MAYhem is going to come a day early, as my shave week starts on Sunday. Going to continue using soaps, but I'm going to mainly concentrate on the GEM for the month.
    I'm stoked!

So, I am a huge fan of the look of the Pal Adjustable razor. It is a good shaver too, but there is nothing quite like it in terms of looks in the shaving world and the fact that it is stainless steel and adjustable makes it a manufacturing marvel. It really is a true work of art. Well done Henry Dreyfuss! On top of that I am really impressed by the injector razor concept. It is such a clever design in my opinion. That is why I am frustrated that the modern shaving world has not produced much in the area of artisan designed injector razors. I like the Supply Single Edge, but was a bit disappointed in its quality control. I have one of the first runs with the "flaw" and it looks much better than the latest version. I actually ordered the new version and sent it right back after I got it. There was unevenness on the safety bars and the taper of the handle curved to one side more than the other. Sadly, to me it just looked like a cheap tool made in China. I even reached out to Above the Tie and it doesn't seem like they are very interested in creating an injector in the near future. So, I think I might try to make one myself :) It will probably be a long process, but I'm tired of waiting dangit! I want my beautiful, all stainless, injector razor:angry019: We'll see what happens, but there needs to be an injector razor revival in this world if you ask me!

Meh...there are still plenty of real injectors to worry about a new one.

Razor: Portland Razor Co Chimera / Supply Provision Custom 3 dot head
    Blade: Chick
    Strop: Drygulch 45
Brush Handle: B-400 The Brush by Tom
    Knot: APShaveCo Tuxedo
    Soap: Eufros Jabonman GEA
    Post Care: Thayers Witch Hazel
    Alum
    Osage Rub
    Aftershave: Eufros Jabonman GEA balm

Another wonderful and relaxing shave this morning. My first use of an Eufros product and I see why it is in such demand. The soap was easy to lather, offered great protection, a wonderful scent and was one of the slickest soaps I've ever used. Both razors just glided across my face. One pass with the Supply and two with the Chimera and I'm close to BBS. It's getting easier to use this Chimera. Alum was mostly silent, slight tickle on my lower neck. The Eufros balm was nice; not greasy with a wonderful albeit short lived scent. I've been directed to a cologne that matches this scent pretty closely that I need to order. Have a great day folks!

The last of Anything but Gillette DE Month is here, and it is a weekend. So, I break out the Gem Jr. 1011 Lather Catcher. The Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Bunny B-400 Boar brush. I did two passes the Gem Jr. 1911 Lather Catcher razor and CVS SE blade, and I ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with Thayer's Lemon WH and then Pinaud Clubman AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...
