    Jim99 Gold Water Shaver

Speaking of Gems, I took out my heavy flat top, aka G-bar, this morning and had a fantastic shave! This is a mild razor, but is very efficient. I've never been bitten by it and and I do have to fly through my shaves some days. This razor is so smooth that you will be thinking you forgot to put the blade in it. Ergonomically, some love it and some hate it. I love it and find the grip just perfect.

If you don't already have a G-bar, do yourself a favor and pick up one. You won't regret it.

This was yesterday's shave. Just a one pass quick shave with the 1912. Smooth and comfortable. Exceptional lather from the Fine soap and a nice shave all around.

I see @whiteboy_cannon got a 1912 redone at Delta Echo. What is your thoughts on that? Or everyones thought on that? I will be asking at TOST too.[/QUOTE]

I think that is the Coolest looking 1912 I have seen.

So I'm back to blade testing. This morning it was the PAL SE. Loaded up the Featherweight, brushed on some Regiment Shaving "High Speed" and got after it. Three pass BBS shave. Splashed on some Canoe
    and the day was started.

I traded away the O-Clone (too mild even with twins) for a pristine looking G-Bar. Fingers crossed.

It seems the Feather Pro blades only last 5 shaves for me... Really rough shave on the moustache area mainly. Next I'll try the AC blades with guards.

Wonderful shave with the PAL Injecto-Matic this morning. Three passes for a dolphin smooth and refreshing finish. Enjoy your day friends. :)

    WTG, touch up

Nice shave with the Ever Ready 1914 on pass-around from Tom. Smooth and comfortable are the key terms! Two days growth was mowed down with ease.

    Have a great Tuesday!

Whether it constitutes alchemy or perversion I'll leave to others to figure out but the 1914/3M taped Feather AC creature gave one of the best head shaves I've had. LA Shaving Soap SM Bay Rum + Coates Lime = a nice Daquiri. Preshave oil back in the routine. Don't judge.[IMG]

Today I restarted my blade Focus for the GEM Featherweight. Using the PAL blade I was able to accomplish a near BBS shave. Things are looking good

Note date of manufacture (on the package) when you get to the Blue Stars. There are reported to be discernable differences between older and newer blades. Ones I have are 2010.
