Another very relaxing shave this morning. The big Thater boar is eating Jeff's Soap while whipping up a rich slick lather. Three passes and touch ups ended up with me just missing a BBS. As usual my lower right neck proved to be my nemesis. A splash of Captain's Choice Bay Rum was a nice touch on a rainy messy morning. I hope everyone has a great Tuesday.

    Clubman Reserve Whiskey Woods

I am working my way through this soap, and I have really been enjoying it. If the scent of the current Sheep version is the same, it must be a great soap. I got another slick lather this morning and tons of it. After one pass with just a little clean up, I got a CCS and called it quits. I splashed on some of the Whiskey Woods, which is really growing on me. A pretty good start to my Tuesday. I hope everyone has a great day!

Prep: Cold water and Stirling mentholated pre-shave soap
    Blade: Personna
    Razor: Schick G4 '66' injector
    Brush: Artisan badger
    Lather: Stirling The Lounge
Post: Witch hazel, RazoRock Zi'Peppino aftershave, Stirling Glacial Unscented balm
    WTG, touch up

Easy shave again this morning. Lather from The Lounge soap was top notch and well hydrated. The Schick 66 continues to provide easy and effective shaves regardless of the blade choices I've tried this month. This has been an informative focus so far.

A splash of Zi'Peppino aftershave after the witch hazel had a nice tingle and coolness. I added some menthol crystals to the bottle last night and it felt nice. Not sure there are a lot of positive skin properties in these RazoRock splashes. My face felt a little dry so I put on about a dime's worth of Stirling glacial balm. Terrific shave overall.

    Enjoy your day!

Barbershop shave today with Ghost Town Barber and my under used Clubman AS. I decided to break out the Clubman because I haven’t used it but once since I bought it and figured a revisit was in order. Not sure why I disliked it so much before it’s smelling good to me now. I also used the 38c with barber pole handle and the JR 191 with a barbers handle. [IMG]
