Williams Mug is an amazing soap for head shaving !!!

I have been shaving my head in the shower for close to 15 years now. I lather up with whatever bar soap I have and shave my head with a Dorco Comfort Thin 2. Today I decided to bring a puck of Williams into the shower and try that. Best head shave ever. If you guys have any Williams laying around that you don't like shaving with, try using it on your head !!!

I realize a lot of folks dislike Williams soap but I keep it in my rotation and it works well for me during both face shaves and head shaves. Another plus is that there is a brick and mortar store in my hometown which sells a puck of Williams Mug soap for .89 cents.

 

I agree. I’ve been getting great results with Williams for head shaving. It doesn’t lather up too richly and is very slick.

You make a point. Mostly people seem to miss the mounds of lather that have nothing to do with the shave. Slickness counts and and Williams produces!!

I don't shave in the shower any more,but that would take care of Williams well known "thirsty" reputation.

 

Plus it keeps the skeeters away later...
