Just a quicky, no special attention to perfect, just enough to make myself look and feel presentable to the world. Decent enough shave.

2nd day using this razor and was BBS with the exception of a tiny bit of blood on my moustache that I couldn't even see where it was coming from. Great Shave!

And we had a high of 50 degrees to boot! Awesome Day! :happy005

    -Lab Series AS
    -Watch-Gruen Curvex from 1937

My first time with Williams-lots of lather, but not very silky. Why the watch in pic? Medler did it and I liked it. I have a vintage watch collection and it kind of goes with the old razor, the old brush, the Williams soap, the old mug, and the getting old me.

    Hot Shower
    Glycerin Pre-shave
    1912 Gem Jr. (fat handle)
    Omega Boar
    TSD Patchouli
    WH/Osage Rub
    Masters Bay Rum
    Obsession
    Oregon Wild Hair Stash Wax

Wow, that is a BBS shave. I think this 1912 Fat Handle is probably the best in the fleet for delivering consistently fantastic shaves. It's just super aggressive but very comfortable, feels good in my hands too. Added some Osage rub to one of the witch hazel bottles in my shave cave. Not only adds a nice menthol kick to the WH but takes some of the initial burn out of Osage Rub.

    Super Speed/Wilkinson Sword day 3
    D'amaris Royal-SC :happy108
    Hega-AS
    Lubriderm unscented moisturizer
    Bulgari Blu Notte-EDT

Another fantastic cream, which comes from Romania--this D'amaris Royal has a very nice and traditional scent, with rich lather, and it has very good protection for the skin. It's made by Colgate-Palmolive, so right away, the quality is there. ;) :D

Mon. night, picked for TTO week:
    Face: Aristocrat w/ Crystal
    Head: Fatboy w/Dorco ST301
C&E BBB, MWF, Alum, Col. Conk Lime AS

The recently purchased Aristocrat shave very similar to a '50s Superspeed. It's just a little heavier and prettier.

    Lux Razor
    Astra Blade
    BBBR soap
    HJM boar brush
BBBR a/s balm followed by Clubman VIBR AS

DFS first time using this razor. Not as aggressive as I had originally thought. I'd say it was middle of the road as far as aggressiveness, but then again, I usually use a Progress.

I'm a day late for my Monday shave, but I got up this morning and I have to be in court, and I looked in the mirror and don't even need to shave today!

    March 1
    Hot Shower
    l'Occitane Cade Soap
    Tweezerman Badger Brush
    Gillette SS
Derby Super Stainless Blade (shave #3)
    Nivea AS balm

I made a one-pass ATG dome shave in the shower, with a few touch-ups: BBS.

Then two passes (WTG and XTG) of the face after the shower, with a few ATG touch-ups (yes, ATG touch-ups) for the spots that did not look like they'd been shaved. This is the best I've been yet - there is only one spot of minor irritation, and no burn at all from the AS! I am definitely improving!

Tuesday. Doesn't get much simpler than this. 7th shave on this Schick injector blade. First time trying the Cremo, but used it as suggested, without a brush. Jury is still out on how good it actually is, but it does work.

    W&B "Celebrated" 7/8ths, full hollow.
    Omega boar brush
    Omega s/c
    Draggon Noir a/s splash
    Malizia vetyver e de t

This W&B is the second of a pair that I bought a few years ago, for the sake of the one that was in good condition. It has alot of hone wear, broken scales and a crack near the point. It was a fine old razor in it's time, and I couldn't bear to throw it out, so I honed out the chip in the edge (it had one of those too) and sharpened it up. And waddaya know, there's life in the old boy yet! It gave me a dandy shave this AM.

    Have a great day
