All this meat is making me think about the "Bacon Explosion" concept that became insanely popular about five years ago and spread like wildfire across the internet. Basically it's several pounds of ground sausage, pork and beef mixed with spices and wrapped in a weave of brown sugar bacon, and then slow cooked. 'Murica!!
