Got the reply: "It was at @WINNERS in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada. It's similar to Ross Dress for less. It was $7.99 CAD."
Okay. The most I've seen at a Ross, Marshall's, Home Goods, or TJ Maxx was a broken Tweezerman brush for $8 on clearance. I'll keep an eye out for that monstrosity.
If your friend found it in the kitchen section, my vote would go to basting brush also... Other than that I'd have no idea..
