Introduced myself on the Newbie forum but since I am a head shaver, thought I would introduce myself here as well. First ever safety razor shave this morning. Used my new old Gillette Tech with a Shark blade and Proraso cream. Not a very close shave, especially on my head (went against the grain as I always have). But no cuts! I have read (mostly on here )that the Tech is kind of a mild razor, but I want to get the hang of it for a while first. I have some Personna Israeli blades that I might try out tomorrow.
