We had amazing time. The weather was very good for 6 days. The last day a storm came in hard. We had already seen what we wanted to see so we went to dinner which wasn't far from our hotel. Quebec City is a fort. built by Champlain.

Adobe has an offer on-going offer where you can get both Photoshop 2015 and Lightroom 2015 for $9.99 monthly. The software resides on your computer. Updates are free. Support is free. IMHO, this is the best of the best in photo processing software. Just wanted to let folks know.

Here's a photo of the sunrise from yesterday. The quality is a bit bad, but it will s a cell phone pic. I was able to take one with my xamera, so I will be posting it when I can. This was just east of a little town out on the prairies (Swalwell, Alberta).

I've been using this for a while. And it is fantastic especially for $10 a month. I thought I'd just chime in to let people know one of us has it. ;)

Yes, well worth it to me. And I don't even use lightroom. Photoshop has a bit of a learning curve, but isn't bad. And it does what it does so very well!

Kind of. She is with my younger son and parents who are there longer. I stayed behind with my 18 year old son and for a number of other valid reasons. All good.

We have had some very cold days (for us) in Northern Virginia this Winter. Single digits. It is interesting to see the birds out back when it gets this cold. They fluff up their feathers and settle on their legs to keep warm. I keep a good supply of bird seed and suet out back for food. This little Cardinal was doing everything he could to stay warm. At least he had food to eat.

I have been in a Park nearby yesterday. The weather was beautiful. Sunny, blue sky and really cold. Just as i like it...crisp and clear. So i took a walk around the little sea there and took some pics.

This picture is in the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in Utah. The cloudy, rainy weather gave the Desert new colors. A beautiful region of the United States.

Beautiful shot. I experienced the red rock canyons of S. Utah in March of last year, spending some time at Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Kanab.
