    I am recovering from minor foot surgery (for Achilles tendinitis) so I have lots of time on my hands ( & a big boot on my foot.) Luckily, a neat product that I am testing arrived yesterday. It's a 3D printing pen, designed for kids.

    Why am I using the kids version, you ask? Well, first & foremost, as an Amazon Vine product tester, I got it for free. Secondly, I have no experience with this type of product, and this version is easier and safer to use, for a beginner. What makes it safer is that it uses a plastic that melts at a low temperature, so you will not get burned or smell hot plastic. I have to say, it's a bunch of fun and I am learning a lot.

    Here are a couple of things I made;

    It looks cool. I have read articles about it, but no experience with it. Some peopke on etsy have been selling 3D molded shave gear lately, though.

    I've seen some of those online too. They looked pretty impressive.

    I designed this one myself, because I couldn't find a pattern online. It's not perfect. but since it is my first design, I'm not too upset by that.

    image.jpeg image.jpeg @micah1_8 here are my latest creations. The flower is something I traced from an image I downloaded. The hat on the hippo took a bit more doing.
