Any idea what this generic razor is?

Any idea what this is? No branding or marking on the box or razor.

 

Looks like a wannabe Gillette Old Type.

 

I have a razor with a shave head like that one (OC), but no box. The handle on mine is 6 sided and made of aluminum. The head(cap and guard) appears to be very thin stamped brass. The razor is VERY light. I've actually never shaved with it, perhaps I should give it a try..

Nice, I just happened to deduce that Sherlock Holmes style by the design of the head.
