There was a guy a few years ago, who was offered some old razors by a co-worker when she found out he shaved with old razors. They were her father's or grandfather's, I can't remember which. Anyway, that's how he ended up with a cased NOS bottom dial Fatboy and a cased NOS Toggle...for free.
If I can just put the Mongoose away for a couple days I think it's time to put the toggle back to work.

Thanks for the welcome. My old hollywood monicker doesn't match the other forums so admin was nice enough to change it for me. I'm experimenting with blades. So far I like the Gillette Silver Blue the best but have a half dozen or more to try yet. PolSilver, Voskhod, Sputnik, Big Ben, Astra. I'll be putting in a new blade 2 times a week but am curious how they perform up to 7 days before I pick one. Feather Hi-Stainless - 1 day (rank 4) day 2 was not good. Gillette 7 O'clock Black - 3 days (3) nice Gillette Silver Blue - 4 days (1) smooth as silk, currently my top pick Personna Med Prep - 7 days *day 1 felt a bit aggressive, smooth(ish) after that, last day ok but not perfect. These things are good. (2) Kai - 2 days *day 1 not that smooth (?) still working on this one. Tomorrow if the Kai doesn't feel that great I'm going to try the PolSilver.
