Hello everyone, I've been telling myself for weeks now that I was going to leave my razor purchases at the Merkur 15C, needlessly and pointlessly trying to tell myself that i have enough razors for now (5). Nope, I can no longer resist the tempting charms of the Edwin Jagger DE89. I'm going to pull the trigger on this one when I get paid later this week. Oh well.... Mike
The EJDE89L is indeed a fine shaver. I have one, and gave it much love. However, once I grabbed the 2011 Muhle R-41, all my other razors have been dead to me. I have to force myself to use my other razors so that I can justify their existence in the den!
You can fight any of the AD (acquisition disorders) that you like, but you are the one that will have to stop yourself ... eventually. Welcome to the Den! Enjoy your stay here and Happy Shaving!!
Have and love the DE89. It is delivering BBS shaves with sharp blades. I will eventually add something from Muhle, but for now I am working on mastering my Jagger. It's a nice shaver
