We've all been told that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right? My lovely wife and I have breakfast together every morning as we both are early risers. Here is what she made me this morning, I also make meals. 5 eggs Bell peppers Red Onion Swiss cheese Cilantro And my favorite. English muffins I might take an afternoon nap.
There's enough fat in that to explode my pancreas. However, I would gladly risk it. Looks delicious. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk
Looks delicious. We fixed breakfast sandwiches for lunch, since there is too much snow coming down to risk the drive to church. Sent via mobile - Chris
Had a donut from WAWA this morning(remaining true to my stereotype even in retirement) along with my coffee and paper.
I ate a couple of leftover cheeseburgers open faced with a ladleful of chili poured on top, some shredded cheese, chopped onion and sour cream.
One of my favorite dinners when I don't feel like cooking is a breakfast wrap/large soft taco of scrambled eggs, cilantro (yum!), and crumbled hot sausage (either Italian or Portugese).
That's a nice looking breakfast. Assuming the eggs were done with non-stick spray instead of butter, that is about 950 calories goodness if you used butter on the english muffins and 2 oz of cheese. I had plain oatmeal today
I wish they still had Krispy Kreme near me. I know they're making them again after a long hiatus. They're probably the best donuts I ever had
The summer of '78, between my junior & senior years of high school I worked at Mr.Donut in Charleston, West Virginia. Totally spoiled me for store bought donuts.
Nothing wrong with oatmeal. It makes those rare "super breakfast" guilt free. Sent via mobile - Chris
