I got my K3 gillete and it seems to be in great shape. But, its a little dingey. So my question is can i put it in a jewlery cleaner or use something like scubbing bubbles and not eat the paint off the numbers.

Scrubbing Bubbles is fine. So is a toothbrush.
You can even use them together. ;)

Thanks guys your advice is much appreciated. I know that the paint in the numbers are what helps make it a very nice one. I ll be pleasantly suprised when I clean it up.

Scrubbing Bubbles is fine, about a 20 minute soak. Then a soft bristle toothbrush scrub. I also like warm water and dish soap for longer periods to soften up any gunk inside the razor. Don't use a harsh polish like Brasso.
