Hey just wanted to share something I did this afternoon since the last order was delivered from ebay so I could jump on the project. Its a large carry case for GoPro and recycled foam. I ordered 2 cases and 2 piece of foams and cost for a case and foam is around $15.

Here how it came out and later on after the gym I will work on the other case that will have Gem vintages, couple of Fatips and couple Indian TTO's

I grabbed a similar case, except it was plastic meant to look like aluminum, from Lowes that came with the foam for my telescope stuff and for my model R/C plane stuff.

    Looks nice

thanks guys, with little care and patience the cutouts came along precise as if it was done in the factory and the razors sit inside snug and wont move. I can see fitting in there around 7 to 9 SS razors more. Next one to go in there will be the new Mamba and hopefully in 3-4 months the Rockwell Model T SS version ( fingers crossed on this one)

Any idea what kind of foam this is (i.e., proper name)? Also, how did you cut it?

its not a soft foam, it is a sturdy one sort of similar like the Rockwell razor that comes with, just little bit less dense. I used this sort of scalpel for making precise cut fitments https://www.walmart.com/ip/X-Acto-Craft-Knife/23081586

Here is the link for the foam I bought http://www.ebay.com/itm/151743689640?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT

    Those look really nice RaZorBurn.
What are the dimensions of those, and where did you find them.

I like the brown & orange colors the best.

Speaking of the Rockwell case, I'm leaving for two months in Cambodia and Vietnam tomorrow and using the Rockwell case which will accommodate unmodified:

    Rockwell handle/5-6 plate
    R41 head
    Pearl/SABI heads
    1912 head
    1924 head
Scum brush, 10/32 set screws, shims, dessicate packet

Pretty handy way to carry six razors :)
