I feel very much the same way. I have only gambled once in my life; 26 years later, I am still happily married and don’t think I can gamble on anything else that will yield a better return.

 

Well, my wife and I gambled, and our 8 year old is still going

 

Twenty seven years for my wife and I ... what that poor woman was thinking when she said "I do", I'll never know.

We have a 25 and a 22 year old that are just as crazy as I am.

 

If it was like my wife, she probably felt sorry for you.

 

I recall being on a golfing trip where my partners convinced me to join their poker game 2 evenings. When they beckoned me to leave my slot in front of the TV on the third night, I got up, walked over and dropped my wallet on the table. I asked them to help themselves just as they had the last 2 nights and allow me to enjoy my evening. I returned to my place on the sofa. I'm convinced there is a skill to that game That eluded me.

 

Seriously, this is good advice. And I don’t even like chocolate very much. OMG.

 

Poker is a skill game.
