Do you use hot or cold water?

Agreed. I find in the deep South Summers, I can't get the water cold enough (add ice cubes).

 

Hot water from start to finish all year round. It just feels so much better. Anything cold first thing in the morning is not pleasant.

 

I was a fan of hot water until I discovered cold. Pre-shave always hot but then either warm either cold.

 

Warm for me. Only hot I use is to rinse off the razor.

It's been so hot here in CA that I've done cold water shaves a few times recently and it's really nice. I prefer warm water, not too hot, but a cold water shave has its place in my rotation.

I have recently started with cold water. I like it!

 

I do to. Less (no) irritations. But cold water also means sharper blades for me.
