Does anyone else need to shave more often after switching to DE

    Since I have resumed shaving with a DE my shaves are more pleasurable and I am no longer getting a 5 o clock shadow - especially when I use some of my open comb razors.

    Yeah, man. I still had to do a 3 pass shave with a cart. I also used a cart when I started using a brush and Proraso, and still was horribly irritating. I switched to a DE got good at it, and it has been bliss ever since.

    I do not think it is a shave more often because you have to. I think it is a shave more because you want to.

    No, I have found that I get closer shaves using a DE and since being recently given a 2011 R41 I find that I can go even a little longer between shaves.
