It's probably old news, but if you're looking to take apart your Fatboy, here's an excellent guide. It is a complete and total disassembly, to get it ready for replating. Pretty interesting reading...
Thanks for the repost. We had this around here somewhere, but if it's like my home office, you never find something like this when you need it. It's good to bring this back out from time to time. Lots of folks still picking up Fatboys and wanting to know how to clean them!
yep, and if you have a later model Fatboy, or slim, or black handled super adjustable, these directions over at B&B will work
I'm not sure, but I know you can unscrew the handle. You may have to modify a screw drive to fit into the bottom of the handle. It is a reverse thread, so righty-loosey I don't know where to go from there.
