Erik Redd Lizabeth, baby, I'm comin' to join ya.

I've met a lot of people who favor martini's, but for me the perfect cocktail is a Manhattan. I prefer a dash of bitters and a 1:3 mix of sweet vermouth to rye, shaken and strained into a martini glass with a maraschino cherry.

We are coming into the season for a gin and tonic with wedge of lime. Like Beef Eaters gin.

Favorite cocktail. Bourbon Old Fashioned. But I always love a nice scotch. Just scotch and glass.

Perfect Rob Roy - yes, that includes a dash of Angostura bitters - with a twist (no cherry). I'll take Cutty Sark as the Scotch to mix, for preference, as it mixes the best to my tastes.

I'd say an Old Fashioned but lately I've been enjoying some Black Russians

Irish Buck these days but I do still enjoy an extra dirty vodka martini from time to time

  9. I'm mostly a whisk(e)y up or on the rocks guy, but when I want more sweetness I like a rusty nail.

I had my first Mojito a couple of days ago at a restaurant. It was good, but a little too sweet for my tastes. I haven't been drinking anything with added sugar for years.

I make them myself so I can control the sweetness. I still haven't found the right ratio of ingredients yet to make my ideal Mojito. Oh well, I keep trying. My poor liver.

    Blackberry Keoke Coffee.

    Small Wine glass
    Teaspoon of Brown Sugar
Add a little coffee, to melt sugar, Stir
    1 shot of Blackberry Brandy
    1 shot of Kahlua
Add more coffee tile about 3/8 of an inch from the top of the wine glass. Stir
Add lightly whipped whipping cream to the top of glass, so it is floating on the rest of the ingredients..

    Drink

My mojito rocks! Lots of mint. Luckily we have a lot of mint in the backyard.

    I never should've quit drinking.
