    I just bought a 100 pack on Amazon for $22 with 2-day shipping. $19 is a pretty awesome deal but you also have to deal with international shipping.

    True but I find shipping from Canada takes forever. When I bought my G37 from IB it took almost 2 weeks.

    I've never had one of my IB orders ship from Canada. They always come from New York and priority mail at that. If fact I have an order set to be delivered Friday
