Here they are, the latest Jayaruh brushes. From left to right: 186, 187, 188, and 189. They are complete with their new Maggard synthetic knots. JR#188 is a painted handle. I originally turned this handle back in January I think. I did not like the shape of it, so, today, I put it on the lathe and reshaped it. I really like this shape, and I painted it green and black. I believe this one will be a keeper for me. The others will eventually go to new homes. http://jrshaving.blogspot.com/2017/06/jayaruh-186.html http://jrshaving.blogspot.com/2017/06/jayaruh-187.html http://jrshaving.blogspot.com/2017/06/jayaruh-188.html http://jrshaving.blogspot.com/2017/06/jayaruh-189.html
Actually, I do slow down. The first two have been finished except for the knot since June 5. The third was first turned back in January and only finished today. The last one I actually made from beginning to end today. It was a fun day today finally working on my brushes again.
