I got this several weeks ago, and decided to prettify it up a little. It originally came with a blued tang, so I blued it. I first sanded and polished it a bit. There had been heavy pitting, prior to the previous owner buffing it up a little, so, there was only so much I could do, comfortably. Good thing is, the edge was spot free. Before:
