I am looking at a 1950's vintage Gem razor on EBay. There is only one photo and it's more confusing than clarifying. The head looks different. Some info would be a great help. Thanks.

JayKay 3000 posts and all I got was this lousy title

How about a link to the ebay auction. There were lots of different gems produced, and therefore lots of heads, so the head not looking like a head needs more clarification.

I think I will pass on this one. I did get a 64 Gillette adjustable today in pristine condition. Thanks for the response back.

The Gem is prolly the best shaver around in my opinion. I have a 1910 model that I love. Try one when you get the chance.

Tell it Bunny, tell it! We will convert him yet. He has already looked, so we know he is interested! :D

I preach this to any that will listen. As far as I know no one that I have talked into trying has regretted it. The SE is simply the best to me.

Maybe we need a SE club here.:happy102
