Its also stamped made in Canada above the ball as well as further patents pending. Its in pretty good shape. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

I place shaves in the following scale with some but not all examples of fixed (non adjustable) DE class razors.

Very Mild - Gillette Blue Tip Super Speed
Mild - Weishi TTOs, Gillette Tech
Moderate - Gillette Super Speeds, Shick Krona, Merkur 34C, Gillette Ranger Tech
Slightly Aggressive - EJ89, Merkur 1904OC, Gillette Old OC, Racer/BIG ROC, Gillette Rocket, Gillette Red Tip Super Speed
Moderately Aggressive - Gillette New, Cadet / RazoRock / Matador OC
Medium Aggressive - Gillette New Improved, Merkur 37 and 39C Slants, Neillite 400 Bakelite
Extremely Aggressive - Muhle R41 2013, ATT H Plate, Barbasol Floating Head
    Totally Aggressive - Muhle R41 2011

This is simply my opinion based on these razors. I have used all of these except for the Muhle R41 2011.

This one I view as Moderately Aggressive when coupled with an average blade such as Personna Red IPs for example.
