Gillette Tech razors come in many variations. Here is a rarely seen and little known 4 piece. Pre-war triangular base plate. Made in Canada. Also made in England but with different handle knurling. http://www.mr-razor.com/Rasierer/Tech/1938-45%204-pice%20Tech%20Canada.JPG
I have the same head on a fat handle. Is mine a franken razor? All I know for sure is that it is the best shaving tech I've ever used. The Canadian 1932 is great.
No not "Frankenstein" that is a common handle. This one is not common but also a legitimate Tech. What is less common but preferred by many is the base plate with triangular hole vs elongated holes. Canadian and English made having a thicker top plate on head making them more efficient but never aggressive over thinner US top plates also with triangular base plates.
