Hello everyone! New guy here. I'm sure you've all heard this one before but I discovered this site while hunting down details after a switch from cartridge razors.
A quick run down was I decided after being eaten by my Shick Hydro I had enough of cartridge razors.
After spotting a VDH DE razor at my local Wally World I remembered my father had a DE razor so I bought it with the shave kit set and have been enjoying wet shaving for a few weeks now.
Also got bit by the razor bug and got a vintage on the way hahah.

Take your time, learn to use the gear you have in hand, or on the way. Getting "bit by the bug" leads to a series of Acquisitions Disorders. Then you'll need to learn cabinet building to make a place to store all the new stuff.
What vintage razor is in transit? I've found my AD's somewhat calmed living vicariously through others purchases in What are you waiting on to arrive, and later in The Haul.
