Have you seen the new gold plated EJ's?

    Granted they're not cheap, however $78 for a gold plated EJ isn't that bad... It could be a Chatsworth or Sophist for that matter.

    The octagon handle is pretty sweet if you ask me...

    Well everything could be cheaper, but its nice to see these models as the gold plated Chatsworth is over $150ish.

    Just like the chrome, it crushes Merkur's offerings of gold.

    I just saw online the 89 gold plated £49.99 at THE SHAVE SHACK, couldnt see any other models on uk sites. Nice gift for christmas,
    as williams warrior just said the finnish will be far better than merkur, although the merkur gold versions are only slightly more expensive than there crome offerings.

    I would love to see one in person in daylight.....

    I've already sold the lined chrome for the black handle, I wonder if it would be preposterous to sell the black handle for a gold model?! :happy102:
