Im not quite sure I understand? A small penknife to push the spring down through the slot in the top and load the through the eject slot? Its very simple if there is one blade in there already and also if not very easy after you get one loaded. Is there a particular spot you are having an issue?
I've done it hundreds of times, it's actually quite simple. You need something like a small screwdriver, or the key of an injector works great, to push the blades in the dispenser down, then just slide the blade into the dispenser on top of the blades already in it. The first one is a bit tricky, you have to hold down the spring with the screwdriver or key, but once the first blade is in the rest are easy, just make sure you have the sharp edge facing the right direction.
It would be totally me to go through all that work, cut myself, and then have the edge facing the wrong directions.
Then you would learn two valuable lessons: 1. Be careful and don't cut yourself. B. Put the blade in correctly.
Now Tom, Rich may be interested more in the visual aspects of this loaded, or unloaded, question, depending upon supply levels, so here is a little extra information.
I held onto a Hydro-Magic injector for the sole purpose of being able to manually load loose blades...lift the lever, open the head, insert the blade front-ways and close it up. No muss, no fuss, no blood. Having about a handful of unused but loose blades was the incentive to find a workaround for reloading magazines.
