finding one in working condition can be a little tough. It's basically a clock Works inside so they did tend to break. and I've never used one, but others have said the vibration was more of a gimmick than anything useful.
Do you know if that improves the shave in any way. I'm having a hard time imagining shaving with a blade that vibrates. I bet it was awkward to hold.
Much like shaving with a Fusion Power Proglide any improvement is more than likely perceived rather than real...i have them both.
I owned one for awhile...meh. The handle is entirely too bulky; making the shaving experience awkward. The vibration adds little to the shave either. Many folks like the head of the razor a lot. I'm betting that a bunch of these were sold back in the day. We humans just like thingies.
Yep, I've tried mine with it vibrating and didn't notice anything awesome. BUT the head on a smaller handle is a very nice razor indeed.
Before coming to DE shaving I used the Power Proglide for years, at least it wasn't a determent to shaving. I own a Stahly and vibrating it turns shaving into a very vague and disconnected experience where I'm not in total control. A very bad feeling!
The head is one of the best out there and most are in great shape. You can find them for $ 25 which is well worth it if the head is in good shape.the handle is more of a curiosity than anything else but that head is a sweet shave.
Well, it could be used in other ways also, some things are more important than a good shave. I hope I don't get banned for saying that.
