Thank you for the video! One of the interesting things about the hi speed production is we can now understand how we can have a few bad blades now and then. If something were even slightly off in the hi speed production, quite a few blades could slip through before the problem was noted and corrected.
This was filmed at the Merkur factory. Obviously they weren't allowed to show the proprietary process which allows the blade to cause maximum irritation and minimal whisker removal. YMMV
