You must use them pretty regularly then? I've only ever finished a few soaps, but I do switch around a bit with my soaps
I've used all 17, shown below, in the last 2 months. No planned rotation - that's too hard. I love my Bay Rums so they tend to get used a bit more often. Then there is Stirling's Executive Man which is probably my favorite. Cella gets in there quite often as well. But how I feel on any given day will dictate which soap I use. I'm planning on buying more - why - because I can.
LOL...probably. But I'm also easily confused with too many choices. Also, I'm not big into scents, so I base my choices on performance. I'm sure if my nose worked better I'd be cycling through a bunch of soaps -- all most likely Stirling variations. But I still contend I'm boring...just ask my wife.
I had to greatly reduce my den before moving to South America from Italy. Now it's very difficult and expensive to get new quality soaps. My currently rotation is: Haslinger Coconut D.R. Harris Arlington Saponificio Varesino Tundra Artica Geo F Trumper Limes
I have too many, over 100 soaps at last count and still so many more I would like to get. Ended up starting a soap trade thread in the classifieds section so I can try to acquire some of the ones I want in trade instead of increasing the number of soaps I already have. Don't get me wrong, I like having a big variety but sometimes it gets frustrating trying to choose which one to use for that day.
Far too many. Perhaps 35 or so. I don't have a consistent rotation. I make a selection moments before the shave on a whim.

I am currently at 19 in the rotation, with one full puck, 9 1 oz pucks, and four samples waiting in the wings. This is why I am not buying any new software in 2017. The remnants of the tube of Apple Blossom are gone. I have a few more shaves in my tub of AOS and then I will add in a partial of Palmolive shave cream to rotation. It is satisfying using up things, but also sort of sad as I won't get to use some of these products again for a few years.
