How to cut holes in my blades?

    I wouldn't do it..

    The tolerances on the pin holes is quite tight.. (ROTFL.. sorry, I make myself laugh at stupid stuff)

    The three pin head uses the pin hole for alignment of the blade.

    Some of the old style Muhl R89's suffered from a small recess at the base of the alignment pins, which allowed blade to sit cocked under the cap.. it was one of the things led to loads of poor reviews for that razor.

    If you're willing to align each blade maybe buy a whole punch tool, but I would bet the blade would crack before you punched a clean hole in it. And going at with a dremel.. no way..

    I do a lot of detailed work with dremels and I think a draw the line a mile before getting to a DE razor blade... One slip of that blade, one snag of the cutting bit and a finger tip will be on the floor... Maybe if you could lock it in a Pana-Vise you could do it, but the DE blade is so thin I doubt even a nylon jawed pana-vise could get a good grip on it.
