After the frigid air moved out its been unseasonably warm. This has resulted us now having a couple inches of snow topped by an inch of ice and a dusting of snow on top of the ice. Yeah, everything is slicker than...
Same here (19 deg) on the water in Port Townsend, Washington. I have to be outside later this morning for a hour or so - suppose to get into the high 20s by the afternoon. Not a great temperature for doing precision work.
No. When it's that cold out, it sucks the air right out of you lungs. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
How did you know? Spent the morning reloading, trying to work up a new competition load. Just got back from the range (its only 2 miles from the house). I'm ready to go. I have a match tomorrow - going to freeze my buns off. Fortunately it is only a 50 round match so we should be done in about 1 1/2 hours.
getting colder here in Boston area...............as it SHOULD. It was fun to wear short-sleeve shirts twice this week.
29 and partly cloudy. According to the weatherguessers, it's gonna snow around 15-1600hrs. We'll see.
28f light fog, overcast. Maybe snow by 21:00. 15 January should bring more snow to Denver and Northern Colorado.
According to the weather thingie on my phone it's 29 out. The alleged "ice/snow" yesterday was not even a dusting. Not that I'm complaining.
It is suppose to get up to freezing today. Froze my buns of yesterday at the rifle range shooting a high power match (18 deg F). Luckily we had the wood stove going in the warming shed so you could at least warm your fingers up between the different relays.
